Gary, thanks for commenting. I do have several that I have written, as I used to write songs for others special events such as wedding's, anniversaries, etc. I will have to search through my collection of tape to see if I can find any of them.
That's some vocal instrument you have there, Steve. Couldn't believe your range on Orbison. Great job! Will visit again when I'm not so tired. And it would be nice to hear some of your own songs, yes, it would!

Thanks, Arlene, for such a nice comment. I like music that is actually music. I will probably step on some toes for saying so, but what some of the stuff they call music now isn’t really music at all in my book. I don’t like rap, (crap I call it), or Hip-Hop (I call it Hippity Hop). They set the music levels higher than the vocals, and much of the music is studio magic with a few measures done electronically and then looped over and over and over. I especially do not like synthesising (electronically altering) the vocals. My oldest son who is 27 says it best. “I can fart in the microphone and make it sound good with one of those.”
Hi Steve- your son is right-with all the effects available now those "Hoppy" people don't need much real talent.

Sorry it has taken so long to reply. I get so much spam comments on a daily basis that it takes me a while to weed through them all. Thanks for the compliment on my voice, although I am not sure I could get anyone to surf if I offered CD’s of myself for prizes.
I hope to have the time to get back in my studio, but I have a full plate with my repair business, working on SEO for local sites, building websites for others, and working on a new TE that I hope to have up and running soon.
Idaho is a fun place to explore! I hit the mountains every summer with my metal detector, and have found some pretty valuable things. I moved here almost 15 years ago, and with all there is to do here I will probably never leave.
